CineSport, LLC, doing business at www.cinesport.com and on the websites of its affiliates ("CineSport") values its affiliates and viewers and respects concerns about online security and privacy. By using our website or posting our content, you consent to the collection and use of information gathered from end-consumers on your website. For users viewing on CineSport.com, such use constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions.

This Privacy and Security Policy explains and summarizes how we collect, use, and protect information as end-consumers interact with the CineSport content (“the Players”) online. This Privacy and Security Policy explains:
- What information CineSport gathers from viewers of the Players.

- How CineSport uses the information that we learn about viewers and users (“end-consumers”).
- What information CineSport may share about viewers with others and the conditions that protect their information.
The Type of Information CineSport Collects
from Viewers of the Players
CineSport does not collect personally identifiable information that could be used to contact or identify the end-consumer.
CineSport uses third party services to monitor and analyze the use of the Players, for technical administration, to increase the Players’ functionality and user-friendliness, to better tailor them to end-consumers’ needs and to gain insight into broad demographic and geographic usage of the Players for itself and its advertisers. Information sent by an end-consumer’s browser, such as its computer’s IP address, referring HTTP location, current HTTP location, time of the access, time spent viewing our content, and other statistics may be collected each time an end-consumer views a Player by a one-by-one pixel graphic image (a beacon) or by session ID cookies which are served upon the end-consumer. Advertiser network servers, CineSport or its advertisers may also place or read cookies on the end-consumer’s browser and collect the same data to measure advertising effectiveness.
The Type of Information CineSport Collects from emails
The Players provides the ability for a user to email a third-party with a link to the Player. The email address of the sender of the link and of the recipient is not collected by CineSport or any of its service providers. CineSport.com provides the ability for a user to make inquiries of CineSport by email with respect to the service. CineSport responds to email inquiries it receives. CineSport may keep a database of the inquiries’ email addresses but does not use these email addresses for any further marketing purposes.
How CineSport Uses Information
About Its End-Consumers
We use the information collected on our behalf using cookies and/or a beacon to conduct traffic and demographic analysis, to understand how the end-consumer interacts with the Players, to monitor aggregate usage and web traffic routing to the Players. We share this information with our business partners, including the content providers, our affiliates and advertisers. We do not sell this information. CineSport’s authorized service providers may also use aggregated nameless information collected on our behalf for a variety of purposes, including to conduct industry, traffic and demographic analysis.
We may disclose information collected about our end-consumers as permitted or required by law, such as in connection with a subpoena or similar legal process, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy.
Our Security Practices
The information collected by authorized service providers is stored on their servers and is accessed by CineSport through password protected online systems maintained by those services. Those services maintain the information collected in statistical and aggregate formats. All information downloaded by CineSport is stored locally and not available in the public domain.
Links to Third-Party Sites
CineSport content may contain links to third-party sites. CineSport is not responsible for and cannot control the privacy policies of these other sites or their practices. We encourage the end-consumer to read the privacy policies for these other sites, as they may differ from ours. This Privacy and Security Policy applies solely to information collected by CineSport.

Applies to U.S. and Canadian Customers
CineSport content is hosted in the United States and is intended for United States and Canadian end-consumers. All data is stored on servers located in the United States. This Privacy and Security Policy applies to relationships established in the United States and Canada. Like almost every website, the CineSport.com and affiliated websites may be accessed by an international audience.
CineSport Is Not for Use by Children
CineSport does not market its service to children under 13 years old. Children under 13 should not send any information about themselves to CineSport.com. If a child under 13 submits information by email to CineSport.com, and CineSport becomes aware that the person submitting the information is a child, we will attempt to delete this information as soon as possible.
Our Privacy and Security Policy Will Change Over Time
Because we continue to develop CineSport.com and take advantage of technologies to improve the services we provide, our policies will change over time. Continued access and use of the CineSport Players and content either on our website, cinesport.com, or on our affiliates’ site(s) will constitute acceptance of any changes or revisions to our Privacy and Security Policy.
