CineSport TO FILL GAP IN ONLINE SPORTS MEDIA LANDSCAPE

Multi-Sport Broadband Sports Highlights Available to CineSport's Network of Sites

NEW YORK, N.Y., June 18, 2007 - - Beginning this fall, for the first time ever, video highlights of professional and college sports events will be available to participating websites courtesy of CineSport, a provider of multi-sport video news and highlights.

Historically, most sports content has not been available to smaller web businesses, including those of daily newspapers, local television and radio stations. CineSport's ad-supported content will be free to fans, who will be able access video highlights from the same web page as they get their sports news and information. CineSport currently has licensing agreements in place with the NHL, NASCAR and Collegiate Images, and is producing a beta version of its two-minute daily sports highlights show on its website (http://cinesport.com/). NBA Finals Highlights will also be available on CineSport for the beta.

"CineSport combines the power of sports content with the exploding demand for broadband video," said Gregg Winik, CineSport founder and CEO. "CineSport will bring premium sports video with high production values to casual sports fans. This distributed content model will prove to be the wave of future."

CineSport founder and CEO Gregg Winik is the former Executive Vice President and Executive Producer at NBA Entertainment. A multi-Emmy award winner, Winik oversaw all of the NBA's content across all media outlets. Winik supervised the NBA's partnerships with NBC, ABC, TNT and ESPN, in addition to presiding over NBA TV and the league's broadband offerings. Winik left the NBA after 16 years to launch CineSport.

Winik's partner in CineSport is sports television and New Media veteran Ed Desser. Desser is President of Desser Sports Media, Inc. (DSM), a consulting company serving the needs of the sports rights ownership community. Prior to founding DSM and partnering with Winik, Desser was EVP, Strategic Planning and Business Development at the NBA, where he also served as President of NBA Television & New Media Ventures. His responsibilities included forging new media distribution agreements for NBA-related content. These included NBA.com, NBA TV, NBA League Pass, and deals with every major national TV network and cable/satellite operator, plus Yahoo, AOL, and Intel.
